Big book sale Central Library 23-24 November 2011

This year the  big book sale from the doubles of the Central Library will be held on 23 and 24 November 2011, from 9AM to 7PM. The sale takes place in the exposition room and under the arcades of the Central Library. On 24 November, there will be a special discount of 40%. All books are priced, only cash payment will be accepted.

Booksales 8 and 9 December

Booksales from the doubles of the Central Library on 8th and 9^th of December 2010 from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m.

After the great success of previous years the Central Library organizes new booksales. The books for sale, for the general part, are duplicate copies of publications already existing in the collection of the University Library. The books were seldom or never included in our collections.

Also this year there is a wide choice of about 15,000 volumes from all areas of science and culture. All books are priced. The price depends on the physical state of the instance and is up to 50% lower than in the antiques. 

The incomes of this annual sales are exclusively devoted to the enrichment of the historical heritage of the Central Library. Thanks to this action we have been able to purchase many rare old print and archive pieces.

On the second day we give a discount of 40%.  The payment can only be done in cash.
